It was hot, but it was fun! And thanks to all parties involved in putting on an epic show!

The Georgian Company’s next appearance won’t be until October 1st, when we’ll be celebrating the release of Side B at ND @ 501 Studios! So mark your calendars, it’s going to be a fantastic night of music. Joining us will be The Happen-Ins with their dirty, sweaty groove, Tody Castillo with his band and The Ghost of Mice and Rifles, and there’ll be a bunch of free CDs and drink specials all night. More details TBA!

Meanwhile, Treaty Oak (headed up by Topher and comprised of the GeorgianCo fellas) will be rocking Beerland’s face off on Tuesday night. Come check it out!

We have a new website. Did you notice? Side B is headed to the press early next week, and you can now preview a couple of tracks from it over on our music page. We’re playing the ridiculous, over-the-top Red River On the Rocks day fest at the Mohawk on August 28th and planning our release party for Side B, with The Happen-Ins, The Ghost of Mice and Rifles, and one other very special guest. It is going to be a hell of a night. Of course we’ll be playing songs from Side B and Side A, but also will be debuting some new tunes, too.

Meanwhile, Topher’s project, Treaty Oak (consisting of The Georgian Company gentlemen) is in the studio this weekend with Jim Fredley, tracking some awesome loud rock.
